We work with trusted third-party suppliers such as cruise lines, luxury resorts, hotels, airlines, and tour operators to design and coordinate seamless travel experiences tailored to each client.
2. Our Role
RLH Travel acts solely as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers. While we carefully select reputable partners, we do not own, operate, or control these suppliers and are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or performance.
All travel services are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual supplier.
3. Bookings & Payments
All reservations are subject to availability and supplier confirmation. Pricing is not guaranteed until payment is processed.
Deposits and final payment schedules are determined by the travel supplier. You are responsible for reviewing all booking details prior to confirmation.
Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of your reservation.
4. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and change policies vary by supplier and may include penalties.
RLH Travel is not responsible for supplier-imposed fees, non-refundable deposits, or changes made by the supplier.
We will assist in managing changes where possible; however, all outcomes are subject to supplier terms.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
Travel insurance may provide coverage for trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, travel delays, and lost luggage.
By declining travel insurance, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any personal and financial losses.
6. Travel Requirements & Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required health documentation.
RLH Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, or travel interruptions due to failure to meet travel requirements.
7. Use of Website
You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes or to attempt unauthorized access to any systems.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if these terms are violated.
8. Communication Consent
By submitting your information or booking travel with RLH Travel, you consent to receive communications via phone, email, or text message related to your travel arrangements and services.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RLH Travel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the State of Florida.

13. Travel Risks
Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to weather disruptions, illness, government actions, supplier-related issues, and unforeseen events.
By booking travel through RLH Travel, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
14. Right to Refuse Service
RLH Travel reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion if a client’s behavior is deemed inappropriate, abusive, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
